Meet the Boulevardier, a classic whisky drink made The Glenlivet style. Mixing whisky, Campari and sweet vermouth, it's the rich, full-bodied twin of the Negroni. Made with sweet, spiced scotch, it’ll warm you up on chilly nights.

You will need:

• 40ml The Glenlivet 15YO
• 20ml Campari
• 20ml Sweet Vermouth
• Zest of orange to garnish

To make:

1. Add all ingredients to a mixing vessel over cibed ice
2. Stire for 10-15 seconds
3. Strain onto a rocks glass over cubed ice
4. Garnish with a zest of orange
