Summer is here! Shake up a Pineapple Tequila Sour on an afternoon in the sun!

You will need:

• 45ml of El Jimador Tequila 
• 30ml lemon juice
• 30ml pinepple juice 
• 15ml Agave syrup 

To make:

1. In a shaker, add the tequila, lemon juice, pineapple juice & agave syrup
2. Dry shake first, then add ice and shake further 
3. Strain into an glass with ice 
4. Garnish with a pineapple and/or lemon
