You will need:

• 60ml Absolut Vodka
• 120ml unsweetened tea (cold)
• 30ml lemon juice
• 30ml simple syrup
• Soda water
• Ice 
• Lemon & mint to garnish

To make:

1. Make tea according to instructions. If you can get your hands on cold brew tea - great, if not, you'll need to allow time for the tea to cool.
2. Fill a high ball glass with ice, pour in the vodka, tea, lemon juice & simple syrup
3. Stir to combine.
4. Top with soda water (optional)
5. Garnish with a lemon wheel and mint
